Private room welcome book template
When guests rent a room in your home, the guide is mostly about sharing: which spaces they can use, kitchen and bathroom etiquette, who else lives there and how to come and go late without waking anyone.
This template gives each section with friendly sample text for a private room, so guests feel welcome and your household keeps its routine.

- Give guests their own fridge shelf and towels so nothing gets mixed up.
- Make sure the guest room has a lock and that guests know how it works.
- Explain late-night arrival so guests don't feel awkward coming home after you've gone to bed.
