Questions
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. The link opens in any phone browser.
Do I need to reprint the sign after edits?
No. The link and QR code stay the same, so guests always see your latest version.
Can I keep the guide private?
Yes. Set a guest password and share it in your booking message.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
Your account goes back to the free plan. Your first property stays live, and any others are paused until you upgrade again. Nothing is deleted.
How does the $39 setup work?
You fill in a form and pay. I build the welcome book, put it in a free Keegix account under your email, and send you the guest link. You can sign in and change anything after that.
What if I haven’t received my setup?
I aim to send it within 3 days. If you haven’t received it within 7 days of paying, email me and I’ll refund you in full.
