The Keegix QR sign
A QR code sign your guests know to look for.
Put the yellow key tag by the door. Guests point their phone camera at it and your welcome book (your digital house manual) opens: wifi, check-in steps, house rules, trash day and the checkout list. No app, no account.
Free forever for one property, not a trial. No card needed to start.
Why a key tag
It’s the Keegix logo: rounded on top, pointed at the bottom, with a buoy-yellow body. It reads as a key tag and a map pin at once, so guests know it’s about the house before they scan it.
- The same on every plan. Free signs use the yellow key tag too, so guests see it wherever they stay.
- Built to scan. The code sits on a white label with its three corner squares clear, dark on light.
- Never reprinted. The link behind it stays the same. Edit the welcome book any time and the sign keeps working.
Where it goes
On the door or the fridge
A Letter-size PDF (it prints on A4 too) with your property name, the key tag and the link written out, ready for a frame or a magnet.
In your booking messages
A PNG of the key tag to paste into a message or a listing photo, so guests have it before they arrive.
In the welcome book PDF
The saved-to-phone copy ends with the same key tag, so a guest can always get back to the live version.
Every sign style
The yellow key tag comes with every plan. Pro adds seven more shapes, your own colour and your logo in the middle of the code.
Your colour and your logo
On Pro, pick your accent colour and add your logo. Keegix puts the logo in the middle of the code and uses stronger error correction so it still scans. If your colour is too pale for a phone camera, Keegix darkens it for the code and keeps it for the shape.
The yellow key tag stays yellow. It’s the one guests learn to look for.
Pro is $9 CAD per property, per month. No footer, custom colours, every sign style, unlimited photos. Cancel any time.
Questions
Do guests need an app to scan it?
No. The phone camera on iPhone and Android reads it, and the welcome book opens in the browser.
Do I need to reprint the sign after I edit my welcome book?
No. The link behind the code never changes, so the same sign always opens your latest version.
Is the QR sign free?
Yes. Every plan, including Free, gets the yellow key tag sign as a PDF, the PNG for messages, and the code in the welcome book.
Can I get a plain square QR code?
Yes. The editor has a small “Download plain QR” link for places that need one.
What size does it print?
The sign is a letter-size PDF (it also prints on A4). The key tag fills most of the page under your property name.
