Condo welcome book template

In a condo, most guest questions are about the building, not the unit: which fob opens which door, what floor the parking is on, whether the pool is open and where the garbage chute is. Building rules also matter, since your guests share hallways with owners.

This template walks through every section with sample text for condo life, from the lobby to the recycling room, plus local picks within walking distance.

The template

Replace anything in [brackets] with your own details.

Questions

What should a condo welcome book include?

Along with check-in, wifi and checkout, explain the fob, elevator, parking level, amenity hours, garbage chute and recycling room, and who to call in the building.

How do I explain the garbage chute to guests?

Say where it is on their floor, what can go down it and where recycling goes instead. Sorting into the indoor bins is a fair checkout ask; carrying it out is optional.

Can guests use the condo pool and gym?

That depends on your building's rules, so check before promising it in your listing. If guests can use them, list the hours and anything staff may ask for.
