Check-in and checkout

• Check-in from [Check-in time]. Checkout by [Checkout time].

Guests and noise

• The A-frame sleeps [Max guests]: [Sleeping layout, e.g. two in the loft, two on the sofa bed].
• The open loft means sound carries through the whole cabin. Quiet hours are [Quiet hours start] to [Quiet hours end].
• No parties or events, please.

Pets, smoking and photos

• Pets: [Pet rule].
• No smoking or vaping inside or on the deck.
• Commercial photography or filming only with our permission. Many people photograph the A-frame, so please ask.

A-frame requests

• The loft stairs are steep. Please face them when coming down, use the rail and keep young children off them unless an adult is with them.
• Mind your head: the ceiling slopes low along the sides of the loft.
• Heat rises, so the loft gets warm. Use the fan at [Fan location] rather than opening the skylight in rain.
• Wood stove or fireplace: [Stove instructions]. Please never leave a fire unattended.
• The big front windows have [Blind or curtain info]. Close them at night if you'd like privacy.
• Please don't climb onto the roof or the window ledges for photos.

Locking up

• Lock the door when you go out and at checkout.

Before you leave

• Put used dishes in the sink.
• Gather used towels in [Towel spot].
• Sort trash and recycling into the indoor bins.
• Turn off lights, the stove and the heat, and close the windows and skylight.
• Lock up and return the key [Key return spot].
