House rules in Korean: free translated template
Korean guests appreciate rules written in respectful language, and a clear Korean note saves them from guessing at the meaning of an English one. This template uses polite honorific Korean, the way a guesthouse host would write to guests.
It has a welcome line, check-in and checkout times, wifi, the standard house rules and a short, fair checkout list. Fill in the bracketed parts in Korean, or just with times and numbers.

Tips
- The template uses polite honorific speech (존댓말, with endings like -세요 and -습니다), the right level for guests you haven't met.
- Have a native speaker check anything legal, such as deposits, damage or cancellation wording, before you add it to this template.
- Write times in the 24-hour clock (15:00) or add 오전 or 오후 (a.m. or p.m.) so there's no confusion.
- Keep the softening line before the checkout list (번거로우시겠지만, sorry for the trouble); it makes the requests feel polite rather than demanding.
- If guests enter with a keypad, put the door code in a separate message on arrival day, not in this page.
Put it on one guest page instead of a binder
Keegix turns your welcome book into one link and a QR sign by the door. Upload the binder you already have and AI drafts the page in about a minute, or paste this template in. Free forever for one property.
Questions
What level of politeness should I use in Korean?
Use polite honorific speech, as this template does. Casual speech (반말) is for close friends and would sound rude to guests.
How do I say quiet hours in Korean?
You can say 조용히 지내 주세요 (please keep quiet) with the times, as the template does. It's clear and polite.
Can I write the host name in English in a Korean template?
Yes. Names, phone numbers, wifi details and times work fine in English letters and numbers inside the Korean text.
