House rules in Polish: free translated template
Polish guests will feel at home with a welcome note that uses the polite Państwo form and familiar terms like cisza nocna (quiet hours at night). This template is written the way a Polish host would write to guests, not as a word-for-word translation.
It includes a welcome line, check-in and checkout times, wifi, the standard house rules and a short, polite checkout list. Fill in the bracketed parts with your own details.

Tips
- The template uses Państwo, the polite way to address guests in Polish; it works for a couple, a family or a group.
- Have a native speaker check anything legal, such as deposits, damage or cancellation wording, before you add it to this template.
- Make sure your welcome book shows Polish letters such as ą, ę, ł and ż correctly; test it on your phone after pasting.
- Write times in the 24-hour clock (od godz. 15:00), which Polish speakers use.
- Polish changes word endings after w (in), so ask a Polish speaker to check how your property name reads in the first line.
Put it on one guest page instead of a binder
Keegix turns your welcome book into one link and a QR sign by the door. Upload the binder you already have and AI drafts the page in about a minute, or paste this template in. Free forever for one property.
