Glamping welcome book template

Glamping guests want the outdoors without the guesswork. They need to know where the bathhouse is, how the tent heater works, what to do with food at night and how to find their way back in the dark.

This template covers each section of a glamping guide with sample text for a tent, yurt or dome site, including campfire safety, wildlife notes and what's in the camp kitchen.

Questions

What should a glamping guest guide include?

Check-in and the walk to the site, how the heat and lights work, where the bathhouse is, camp kitchen and campfire notes, food storage for wildlife, local picks, emergency info and checkout.

How do I keep glamping guests safe with heaters?

Use a heater made for tents or indoor use and explain how it works. Ask guests not to bring other heaters, candles or open flames inside, and provide CO alarms where fuel-burning appliances are used.

What should guests do with food at a glamping site?

Store it in a locking bin, cooler box or car overnight, never in the tent. Explain that it keeps wildlife away from the site.
