Pet request reply template for Airbnb hosts

A clear, quick answer to a pet request saves both sides time. If you allow pets, say yes along with the few things that matter most, like where pets can't go and where waste goes, and ask the guest to add the pet to the booking.

If you don't allow pets, say so kindly. Keep in mind that service animals aren't pets. Airbnb's policy generally requires hosts to accept them and not charge pet fees for them, even at a no-pets listing.
