Emergency info for guests in Germany (rental template)
In Germany, 112 brings firefighters and ambulances, but the police are on 110, which trips up some visitors. The 116 117 line reaches the on-call doctor service at night and on weekends. Poison centres are regional, so add the one for your state.
We checked these numbers in November 2026, but services change, so please confirm them locally before you print or share the page.

Tips
- Give the street, house number and floor, plus the name on the doorbell; dispatchers and paramedics ask for it.
- Write 110 for police clearly, since guests may assume 112 covers everything.
- Add your local gas utility's emergency number; it isn't the same in every town.
- Explain how guests find the pharmacy on duty after hours, because most pharmacies close at night.
