Check-in and checkout

Guests and noise

• Up to [Max guests] guests can stay overnight.

• No parties or events, please.

Pets

• Up to [Max pets] pets are welcome, [Pet size or type limit]. Please tell us what pets you're bringing before you arrive.
• Assistance animals are always welcome and don't count toward this limit.
• Please keep pets off the beds and [Furniture rule, e.g. use the throw on the sofa].
• Please don't leave pets alone in the home for more than [Max time alone], and crate them if you do. A dog left alone may bark and upset the neighbours.
• The yard is [Yard description, e.g. fully fenced / not fenced, please keep dogs on a leash].
• Please pick up after your pet, in the yard and on walks. Bags are [Poop bag location] and the outdoor bin is [Pet waste bin location].
• Pet bowls, towels and a mat are [Pet supplies location]. Please use the pet towels for muddy paws.

Smoking and photos

• No smoking or vaping inside.
• No commercial photography or filming without our OK.

Locking up

• Please lock the doors and close the gate when you go out and when you leave.

Checkout

• Put used dishes and pet bowls in the sink.
• Gather used towels and pet towels in [Towel spot].
• Sort trash and recycling into the indoor bins.
• Turn off lights and the heat or AC, and close the windows.
• Lock up and return the key [Key return spot].
