Good review response template for Airbnb hosts
Replying to good reviews shows future guests there's a real person behind the listing. The trick is to avoid sounding pasted: pick up one specific thing the guest mentioned and thank them for it.
Remember the reply is public. Thank the guest warmly, but leave out anything personal they told you during the stay, like why they were travelling, where they live or who they came with, unless they mentioned it in the review themselves.

Replace anything in [brackets] with your own details.
Short reply

Hosting guests who [Something genuine, e.g. kept us posted and treated the place like home] makes this job a pleasure.

Tips
- Mention one specific thing from their review so the reply doesn't look copied.
- Use your reply to add one useful detail for future guests, like a seasonal tip.
- Keep personal details out, even friendly ones the guest shared privately.
- Reply within a few days while you still remember the stay.
- If the review includes a small complaint, thank them and say what you've changed.

Questions
Do I need to reply to positive reviews?
You don't have to, but a short, personal reply shows future guests you're attentive. It takes a minute and is seen by everyone browsing your listing.
How long should a reply to a good review be?
One to three sentences is plenty for most. Thank them, mention something specific and invite them back.
Can I use the same reply for every good review?
It's better not to. Identical replies are easy to spot and make your reviews feel less genuine; change at least the specific detail each time.
