Emergency info for guests in Mexico (rental template)
Mexico uses 911 nationwide, which surprises some European guests. The 078 tourist assistance line is worth adding too: it helps visitors with information, consulates and the Ángeles Verdes roadside service. Many homes run on LP gas tanks, so the gas steps here mention the tank valve.
We checked these numbers in November 2026, but services change, so please confirm them locally before you print or share the page.

- Carbon monoxide alarm: get everyone into fresh air straight away and call 911. Don't go back in until you're told it's safe.

Tips
- Include the colonia and cross streets in the address; dispatchers and taxi drivers rely on them.
- Show guests where the gas tank valve is, with a photo, since LP gas tanks are common.
- Put a short Spanish line at the top so a guest can read it out to a neighbour or dispatcher.
- Name a private hospital and a public one, and say which one takes travel insurance if you know.
